"During 2007, I managed to try some of the CQ Barramundi as part of the DPI round table which we hosted at Restaurant Two. I was impressed initially by the pure Barra flavour and also texture.
We have since used the CQ product in both our restaurants since then. Michael and Hayley have been able to consistently deliver a premium Queensland product year round, without the flavour changes that can occur between swapping suppliers and regions.
I have no hesitation in recommending CQ Barramundi to all that are looking for flavour, consistency and great service."
